You can redeem the offer when you, and 3 or more of your friends and/or colleagues create a free Directory Listing.

This is how it works:

Make sure your own Directory Entry is online for our 1,000,000+ visitors to see
Send us the names of 3 or more of your friends and/or colleagues and the Directory they'll be entered into (ie: Creative Arts, Business, and/or Education). Click here to send us a message via the contact form.
Let us know when all of your friends/colleagues have activated their Listing and send in your ad before the 20th of the month before you want your ad to appear!

Don’t have an advert available to use? We can work with you on the design and content of your advert, a service which normally incurs a cost, but is free with this advertising opportunity.

Terms & Conditions:

Artsphere is only obliged to fulfil this offer where the stipulated requirements have been met and are continued for a period of at least 3, or more, months. If Listings are withdrawn before a period of 3 months has expired, Artsphere may, at our discretion, charge for running an advert(s).
Adverts will only run for a period of one month within the Artsphere eNewsletter.
Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate an advert in the next eNewsletter, space restrictions apply. If an advert cannot, for any reason, be posted in the next month’s eNewsletter, we reserve the right to post it in the next available edition, or to provide advertising on the Artsphere website for one month, to the same value, and at our discretion.
This offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
This offer is available to Artsphere Members who currently hold a live Directory Listing, and to those Members who do not hold a live Listing, but have created one in order to fulfil the conditions of this offer.
Artsphere’s Design and Copywriting service is provided to the equivalent of one hour’s work. Although this is normally enough time to create a basic advert, based on your thoughts and ideas, clients requiring further design and content work are invited to ask for a no obligation quote.
Any adverts and their contents that are designed by Artsphere are copyright of Artsphere Ltd, and, as such, this information will form a discreet part of the advert. A charge is applicable to clients who wish to purchase the copyright of the advert.
Artsphere is not liable for any response, or lack of response, made to any adverts running in the eNewsletter, or on the Artsphere website.
Clients using Artsphere’s Design and Copywriting service can negotiate a fee to use their finished advert in other mediums. Artsphere reserves the right to charge a client should it come to our attention that all or part of an advert designed by Artsphere has been used in other mediums, without our prior knowledge and consent.
