The Doric String Quartet is a group well-known for its performances of Haydn. Here the Doric is joined by Bartholomew LaFollette to perform Schubert’s moving String Quartet, one of the great pillars of the chamber music repertoire. It is full of rich, tense and emotive harmonies.
